1. 30 DAYS MONEY BACK POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Have no trace of being used and have all the labels.
- Cosmetics and makeup items must be in their original packing, with safety seal still on it. Opened items will not be refunded.
- Items which cannot be returned/refunded are: personal care goods, underwear, sanitary goods, gift-cards

2. RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
If you received a damaged good from us, contact us immediately, and send us a proof of an item arriving damaged to you. To start your return procedure we will need to see the proof of date when did the package arrived and in what shape was the products at the time of you picking up your order. Videos will work the best here. Just make sure to take a short video showing us the opening of the package. If your package will be fine, just delete the video, if there is something wrong, recording a video is a great fundament for return.

3. NO REFUND/RETURNS IF:
Any item is not in its original condition, got damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

When and how to return the item Then we will inspect the item, send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

However, we cannot guarantee your item will be exchanged, especially if the item went out of stock or for other reasons is unavailable at our store at the time you apply for an exchange.
7. SHIPPING RETURNED ITEM

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
